I mostly use Joe Coffee for mobile orders, and it’s been really convenient. I just pick the coffee shop, choose my drink, and it’s usually ready by the time I get there. My sister uses it too, and we both like not having to stand in line. There was one time the pickup time was a little off, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it works well and definitely saves me time.

I order from joe.coffee regularly, their rewards program has been better than I assumed it would be. The points seem to show up right away, and I’ve already used them for free drinks a couple times. It has that low-effort, no-pressure feel, which makes me think they’re not trying to overcomplicate it like some places do. Just easy to use, no weird hoops, and it makes my usual coffee runs feel a little more worth it.

I couldn’t really tell what the next step was supposed to be, like whether I should order, sign up, or look for a nearby shop. Nothing really stood out enough to make me want to place an order. It might work for other people, but it wasn’t really for me.

I signed up on joe.coffee today it was smoother than I expected. I didn’t have to click around forever or sit there wondering what I was supposed to do next, which maybe says more about how low my standards have gotten for websites, but still.

I ended up asking for a refund after there was an issue with my order. They did get back to me but it took a few days and I had to check in once before things moved along.

The money did come back in the end so I can’t complain too much. I just wish the whole thing had been a little quicker and clearer from the start.
